TRI Course
 

Hi all,

I am looking to do a type specific TRI course for the Hawker 900XP. I have been scrawling the internet for a few days and could not find any place providing this.
Any help in the right direction would be higly appreciated.

TRI Course
 

More than a Satisfied customer of K Burnham. She helped me get TRI/TRE on a type no one opertaed on a UK AOC anymore to train and test on an overseas ANO but still acceptable to (at the time) JAR FCL.
If anyone can get a course approved they can, though don't rest on your laurells, she knows her ***t and If you dont, you wont pass.

Did my Hawker 800XP TRI course with Kath. she knows her subject.

However do you intend to do that on your own or via a company as the cost is quite huge.

otherwise I'll also have a look through flightsafety in Fab, they also have their course in house for their own instructor so maybe they could do you also. try Michael Burger in FSI, he is head of training

I spoke to FS Wichita. They told me NO. Reason: It creates competition for FS.

The company will pay for the training.

This is very complicated matter and greatly varies from country to county I have noticed.

There are authorities who allow and grand TRI training based on approved TRTO and EU-OPS requirements, even though actual type would not be approved on said TRTO's approval.

Then again, there are countries who do not accept anything except actual proved TRTO TRI training authorization for specific type.

It took me few years to get my first one, and when I expanded it to second type, the local authority demanded amended hours to syllabus set by MAJOR European airline's TRTO.

It is a rocky road in some places, but still in my opinion worth of it, IF someone is paying for it.
