Done it twice

Just a legality, the course hands out some materials. No extra QRH.
A few posters. 2 hr course squeezed at the end of the day. Instructor wants to go home and you too at that time. Usually finished before the 2 hr mark.
ANy G550 driver with some extra training material can give you all the info.

But it does tick the box off for the insurance etc.
