Aircraft Ferry - Europe to Australia

Hi all,

I will have this done professionally, but I am asking what the standard route for a single engine piston (Bonanza/C210) would be for a flight from Europe to Australia.

Thanks in advanced

CMN :ok:

"Standard route" :}

That's a LOOONG flight in a single engine.... Lots of over flight and landing permits to apply for. I have never done it in this kind of aircraft but I assume it would be via sort of Bulgaria, Turkey, Iran, Pakistan, India, Myanmar, Malaysia, Indonesia and then across..... Like I said, looong flight. :}

Although not a single, the ferry of a Trilander last year could offer some useful info.

Good luck.

Sounds like faaaaar too much hard work / paperwork / bribery / delays etc. will be involved. I really am no expert on these things, but wouldn't it be easier and cheaper to put it on a boat?

Cheaper in a container indeed, and at least you will find it in australia...
