Complaint RE, CAA Licensing Department
Hi,
Has anyone sent their type rating application into the CAA at Gatwick, had payment taken, yet never receive their new license? I have been waiting since 27 October, when payment was taken. I have called twice and both times I have been told that a manager will call back. They did not send out a new license and I was informed my paperwork might have gone to archives. It is a pretty bad service for £112. Not sure if they would issue a refund and apologise for the inconvenience caused and send out my license recorded delivery. Has anyone had the same problem and asked for a refund? Thanks, |
