And the award for the least subtle attempt at free market research for OceanSky goes to.....................

;)

Monkey Boy 10th Aug 2009 20:32

Pretty certain that the people at Ocean Sky already know how well their FBO at LTN is being received - doubt PotBellyPig is one of theirs!

PotBellyPig 10th Aug 2009 20:54

hi
just want to know because was thinking off applying there but heard not going very well within work force.

pabely 10th Aug 2009 23:18

It's tough times for everyone, see other threads on Ocean Sky...

Privet 11th Aug 2009 08:31

PotBellyPig, it's a h*ll of a commute to LTN from Russia, the money must be good :bored:

Perfidious Albion 17th Aug 2009 19:23

Hmmm... OCS known to be Russian backed and along comes PBP asking questions from Moscow. You're not management trying to find out what your staff are up to are you?...:suspect:

so answer me this:

"What color is the boathouse at Hereford?"

Paradise Lost 30th Aug 2009 17:41

Communique from Bombardier a couple of days ago says that Ocean Sky Ltn is relieving Harrods (Ltn & Std) of their status as Approved Service Facilities. They have a "new" 2,000 Sq m hangar in which to perform this maintenance, so things are still moving ahead for them at EGGW.

hawkesmikey 30th Aug 2009 22:23

hangar!!

so where is this hangar then?? no space on south stands!!

and definately no planning for any more.

PPE 1st Sep 2009 21:14

Try Manchester

bizchaser 2nd Sep 2009 13:28

As far as Ive seen in the months they have been open not a lot of movements, their own Citationjet is the most regular visitor

Velcroworm 10th Sep 2009 19:46

The mysterious Ocean sky hangar belongs to Monarch. It's probably being leased to OS through the old boy network, as the bosses at OS used to work with the current engineering boss at Monarch. (Allegedly).

Pace 11th Sep 2009 12:46

With EasyJet pulling out re the extortionate price hikes at LTN there will soon be loads of unused unwanted space there :ugh:

easyJet look like shifting 2 aircraft, not the lot. :uhoh:

Trusted1963 11th Sep 2009 13:53

Alwasy seemed a bit of a brave move to go head to head with the big boys at a time whent the market was dropping like a stone

Beagledog 8th Nov 2009 19:23

Thought Harrods had moved back to the south stands, the other day, EI-GDL, OE-INC and a couple of 'Harrods'regular customers all being looked after by Ocean Sky. Seems a change in the wind at LTN.
