I don't wish to make light of those who are out of pocket to this guy as that’s a very serious issue but the above post and associated website is one of the funniest things I've seen in ages.

What a great way to consolidate information and claimants. Bravo to those behind it, hopefully it will lead to more truth coming out. :D

A quick search of paulcrowther.co.uk reveals that the website was registered by a certain individual that was an original investor in Planechartering, who I assume lost a lot of money when the it went wrong with Club328. Lets hope he takes him to the cleaners.!

I wonder what this Paul Crowther made different to the other dozens of airlines folded in the UK in the last couple of months ? Why there is nothing about the founders of these companies written or is it that they paid the last salary before the company collapsed ? Is there any evidence that Mr Paul Crowther personally stole any money or is it just that he took the **** with 80 Mio. pound in arreas and tried to rescue it ? I even heard that loyal employees of BA forget about one months salary to help the company, was there anything like this in Club 328 ? What does this all has to do with Direct Fly ?

One might almost think you are edging toward Paul Crowther's defence? Are you? If so, on what basis?

Does any one know if Directfly/Crowther have any plans relating to Mustangs? I only ask because elsewhere dl777jet wrote that a friend had bought one and was looking to ferry it to Europe. Any connection?

Would be careful what to write here. After reading it I called my friend flying for them in Poland and he gave me number of the president there. According to the accountable manager there are no issues with anything like this, he asked me where I got such information and gave him this website adress. He said that he will take legal action against it. I asked also if he know PC and he said that it is one of his business partners. Dont wanted to ask more because probably he can read.

This entire thread seems to be based around only 5 or so idiots who have an axe to grind with Paul Crowther. It is good to see that healthy competition still breeds such jealousy! The fact that PC cannot take action for Slander as PPrune protects users names and seems to allow anyone to say just about anything they want without fear of retribution, seems to make the perfect venue for cowards to get together and slate an individual. Cowards.

However, When the rest of you readers realise that the people involved in this thread are..........(names deleted to avoid accusations of slander).......it does not take much to put 2 and 2 together. This should be renamed the "personal slander" thread. It has no basis in fact as usual.

From what I heard........(content edited to remove baseless rumours)......24/7 Jet suiing Xlcusive for pulling their AOC cover last year without notice. Go Mr Mulligan! Mind you, Loveridge has been bust a few times before, so I guess it wont make much difference, he will just Phonenix the business again. I wonder if they will still fly that 15,000+ hour heap of junk Ciation G-JMDW or give to to the scrap man this time on safety grounds?

In the meantime, this comment on the Direct Fly AOC appears to be rumour from .......(content edited to avoid...you get the idea).......... They hate good competition! Turns out that Direct Fly flight Ops manager was an ex Club 328 guy. He was fired this morning, so I wonder where this new rubbish came from!

It's good to see Direct fly doing so well and flying every day... someone had to go with an EU ops based company and beat the CAA charges. Well done to them. Thge Polish have some good aviation guys. A great concept. I see from CFMU that things are runing well and the my broker freinds say that they have a great service.

Using someones personal name to create a site like that! this was created by Karl Watkin, an investor who purchased a aircraft that was leased into Club 328 and has lost his investment, but unlile all the other investors is behaving like a spoilt child and trying to blame it all on one individual, namely PC.

Once again you leap to Crowther's defense. This time with two posts* each containing a remarkable amount of detail. You cry "slander!" yet name almost half a dozen people yourself with some fairly outrageous accusations. You broke my irony-o-meter and I demand a new one.

Shall we comment on your........sorry, Paul Crowther's, attempt to operate a certain Citation which had been modified for a higher MLW but for which the paperwork had not been completed? I'm sure it was only a one-off incident but the (then) AOC holder was informed by the crew. Oh, and the flight wasn't conducted overweight but only because the crew stood their ground. Oddly enough much in the same way another operator you cheered for in your now deleted posts used to try it on. No wonder you're.......ooops, there I go again, Crowther's on his side.:rolleyes:

Speedyflyer, you make the mistake of judging people here by your own standards but few of us are that thick.

Funny - yes, I suppose you would think so unless you were Paul Crowther. It seems to be OK to not only post his name right accorss this Thread, but you cant post anyones name from Exclsuive jet like the real names of Yorskshre Airways, Oooahh and Pummet. Duck Rogers seems to thanks that would be Slander, so has removed it. But it is fine to leave Paul Crowther's name up there in lights where he cant defend it.
