Embraer Phenom 100 incident

Just seen news that a P100 has overshot just before delivery to 1st costomer! See http://www.jetbrief.com/documents/20...om100-I-08.pdf

Looks like its build#007. Their site says the deliveries are due to start next week, suspect this may delay. Brake by wire system should not let you down without warning because of faulty maintenance - should it?
