Does anyone have any info on this company? Rosters, pay, conditions?

Hi,
I know Skywork. What is your experience?
They have just started operating a Q400, which is leased to airlines in Switzerland. They are based in Bern, which is between Zurich and Geneva. They have 2 Excels and are selling their D328 and a couple of their smaller jets as I think they need the money to invest in their airline. Money is ok if you are a Swiss national otherwise its not enough to live on if you are not single!
I felt a little bit of an outsider as I only speak English and their company meeting was in Swiss-German and all their documents ie, contracts and letters tend to be in Swiss-German. So I had to make good use of Babelfish.

Roster was good. You normally have it 1 month in advance and you can choose days off or request days off and holiday. You get 8 days off per month 4 maybe's and 4 definate for the days you request.

Was flying the D328 for a couple of years, very good team of pilot, friendly atmosphere.
Salary not vey high!!!
They expect you to come with a rating or to pay for it.
The D328 and Q400 are flying for tour operators during the week-end and the rest of the week they fly private charter.
