Jet Aviation Zurich contracts
 

Any one familiar with Jet Aviation Zurich, their 30 on 30 off contracts and how the Swiss are handling their pilots. Slave to the sysytem or a good outfit to work for ?

They treat you the way you treat them. Be nice, flexible and reasonable. They will be as well.

Money is average but the team is great and ops is doing a good job in supporting the crews.
The atmosphaere on airplanes of the managed fleet (I assume you would be on) very much depends on the owner of the airplane and how he treats his crew. There the range is from very bad to absolutely fantastic.

Pay and per diums on the low side especially for non Swiss who don't get any pension benefits now. They manage good operations and bad operations, but cast iron on payments and good back up.
