NETJETS hiring 2022
Hi everyone,
received the invite for the online interview yesterday too. only problem: on duty it's kind of hard to pick a date and time if you never know when you're flying.
competency based questions also include ATPL questions or more based on situational experience you had and how you deal with things?
Thanks for your answers!

Hi everyone!
Also got the email to the online interview yesterday night, but I'm on duty so kind of hard to pick a time when I'll for sure not be flying..
Competency based questions means: about yourself, situations based on previous experience but does it also mean all kinds of ATPL questions too?.. was hoping thats only by reaching Farnborough.
Thanks for some answers

Hi Paul, there's a few different part time options available.
There's the pre retirement plan. Starts at 58 and 80%. I suspect you're not looking at that.
There's FW160 aka 80%. There's a seasonal variation, FW160S. Essentially, you work more or less full time during Summer aka high season with reduced flying over winter.
There are other options too, including the 5 months off, 7 months on. Unfortunately, the 5 months off is over Winter and you need to reapply for the time off in the new year. A bit complicated unfortunately.
When can you apply? Usually just after Summer I think, and more importantly, it's business needs so there's no guarantee. Anecdotally, FW160S seems to get approved the most.

Interview is very friendly from my point of view, there is no trap and the interviewer wants to know more about you and your behaviour. So here is my advices:
- Get you documents ready near you
-Make sure you made structured sentences related to the competencies based questions (I used google to have example and targeted the ones related to the job).
-Make sure you know the company a bit using linkedin, their website and wiki.
More important, be yourself and be honest. Questions will come depending on your answers (still related to your behaviour).

Hi guys. Just received the document for stage 3 and I was looking to get a social security number in an EU country. As a French, I need to move and was looking for Spain or Switzerland however, even if I hold an EU passeport, I still need to be sponsored in both countries (by showing the signed contract). Does anyone has been in this situation before ? Any tips ? Thanks!

As we all know, Europe is full of contradictions. Living in a country is a thing, working from it is another.
Spain for example: https://www.seg-social.es/wps/portal...ngeLanguage=en
The employer must also request a SS number. I wish it will be easier but it is what it is...
