Vista Global acquired Air Hamburg which shall keep its own AOC and act as an independent unit.

Any XO guys here that can shed a light on how the acquisition of XO by Vista influenced their working conditions/operations?

I think you would have more luck over at airlinepilotforums.com in the fractional section. It's the American equivalent of this forum and they do discuss XO there.

XO also operate in Europe (or Vista use their branding as I’ve seen several Excels)

That's true but I think only recently and only since Vista aquired XO in the U.S.
