Ryanair Learjet 45 operation

Does anyone have information about flying the Learjet 45 with Ryanair? I understand it's basically like being always on standby to position crews and engineers to support their operation across their network.
Is there any possibility to move to the mainline on their 737 or maybe alternate periods of flying between the two machines?

At on stage the money was pretty good I seem to remember about 90k basic for a skipper , 5 busy SBY followed by 4 off . There certainly was a path from the Lear to mainline as well , couple of years I seem to remember or find your own replacement.

The Captains I know there were never able to move to the 737, and have been there many years.
The place is a revolving door, even with this market. That should tell you something.

Yes! Like dirk85 said, the place is a revolving door. Even now people are still leaving with no flying job to go to... make of that what you will.
