Opportunities in the UK with a license Validation?

Hi there
Apologies if this isn't the right forum as i'm new here!
I'm a holder of New Zealand licenses and looking to move to the UK in the near future, does anyone know of any companies that even look at people with a license validation prior to converting to a UK/EASA CPL/IR?
At the moment i'm planning on doing a full time ATPL groundcourse as soon as I move however it would be lovely to do it over 12 months while already working!
Thanks!

I’m guessing it depends on your rating and experience. Give Vista a shout they will take someone on so long as they are working towards conversion or at least I’ve known them to and they’re recruiting.

Vistajet, nor any other larger operator, is not a company to whom you ''send an email''.

Now having said that, UK operators may find themselves in another aquarium in OCT2019, and that may be your chance.
