Scam? unprofessional for sure

They ask you after a couple of emails and a skype chat to sign a Soft contract where you are willing to pay for a base training that will be used as assessment they said.
They offer huge salary super work conditions but of course first, you have to send them money ( 3400€ and of course within 3 days from receiving the provisional contract).
You even don't know who is writing with you because they refuse Skype VIDEO COMMUNICATION OR TO give MORE information about themselves or references about pilots that are working there.
I didn't sign any contract and wasted only time answering questions in chat .
Be careful Guys, Seriousness and Professionalisms are far away from this company.
