Cuba entry requirements

Hi Guys,

I'm hoping one of you can answer the unanswerable.

Case - Private, non US registered Jet wants to fly into Cuba with non US pax.

Understood - fly via Nassau = OK

Problem - One of the pilots is US citizen = DOH!

Does anyone know how to get the US pilot 'approval' to land and spend time in Cuba and how long does it take?

Thanks in advance!

Haven't they just recently relaxed travel restrictions?
