Luckily Altenrhein has an offset LLZ antenna, so it escaped unhurt
And 100 ft of extra concrete would have kept the Phenom in mint condition... Luckily nobody was hurt. Even with mud upto your knees, any landing you can...

Looks like this Phenom 300 is not going to fly again...

Is it first write off for a Phenom 300?

The good news is that no body got hurt.

Now we have to wait for the FOCA report!

DALIA AIR PAY NO SALARIES

Hello all

very important message to everyone interested working together with dalia air (moroccan operator).

They have tried to employee me showing big dreams and big package and after the end of first month when asked where is the employment contract which was promised in the beginning, they came up with nonsense excuse that we have to change the contract with a swiss company or uae company as its difficult to have employment contract per the moroccan law.

They made me travel and made me move from my home base to uae and morocco and its been three months now with them. Now people in the company dont answer me, they have disconnected access to the company email address and the mobile they have given it to me is disconnected. They have no ethics of terminating people as i consider them coward.

They have no intention to pay my three months worth of salary. The company is driven by one and only one person hind el achchabi and bunch of loosers in her circle of trust.

I am taking them through a legal court as i have prove and will provide their client contacts to everyone. If someone is interested please dont hesitate to contact me here.

Do not join them, as they are out of money and have lost a big contract which they use to have. They are waste of skin.

@wkwkwk30

What you described in your post seems to be unfortunately the standard among bizjet operators nowadays...and it´s getting worse!

While I know this isn't particularly on subject, but I'm always quite surprised when a pilot carries on working for a company that does not pay. I often see "XXX company owes me 3 months / 5 months / 6 months salary.

I can only recall one situation where crews have worked for nothing and the company survived.

If staff who are not receving any payment stopped working then the operator in question would stop stacking up massive bills and leaving a load of bad debt, everyone is better off - please stop, it's not doing anyone any favours.

easy to say but very tough to do when you are faced with it. I worked for a company who paid very late for almost a year before they went bust. My company credit card regularly didn't work and I ended up paying for things because the alternative would have been to get stuck in a crappy place (goose on one occasion). But the company staggered on for many months after that and all the pilots got used to salaries arriving late. So when we didn't get paid at all one month it was no surprise. There were no other jobs at that time and for many people the same is true now. Its a crappy industry and I hate it but I like flying planes so I'm knackered..
