The coolest hotelel(s) you´ve been to...

One nice side of being a bizjet jockey is the hotels where you get to stay!

What is/are the coolest hotels you´ve been to?

I start:
- Muscat, Oman: The Chedi
- Addis Abeba: Sheraton
- Nairobi: Nairobi Serena Hotel
- Lagos: The Moorhouse

Cheers
Cecco

Try the Hotel 3.14 in Cannes (someting to do with a play on the owner's name and the mathematical constant Pi). Very louche, velvet and dim lights everywhere and a welcoming "love box" on your bed containing all that you are likely to need for fun night in, if you know what I mean? Of course, I walked straight out and reported the obvious booking error out to my company:

One of my favourites has to be this place in Marrakech . . .

Bled-Alfassia - Maison d'hôtes à Marrakech - English

They do a cracking deal for crew too.

River Club at Livingstone.

You can fall asleep in the bath and listen to the hippos grunting in the Zambezi just below you.

Far better than the more expensive Tongabezi Lodge.

A Capsule hotel in Osaka (sorry cant remember the name but there are plenty of them in Japan). Its so different from any other hotel with the room not much bigger than a coffin! I just had to do it for the experience.

Bloody Hell all I ever had was
The Kyriad Prestige in Le Bourget
The Jury's Inn in Croyden
and not forgetting the fabulous
Ibis at Luton Airport twined with the Hanoi Hilton and the Edinburgh Airport Holiday Bin.

Need to get on a bigger jet with longer legs...
