AAIB Accident Report published BHX C501
One or two correctly predicted the cause of this accident but, as usual, there were many other wild and bizarre predictions. Even allowing for the understandable urgency (human organ flight)... there was some wild localiser chasing here! Both crew survived however as did the organ so could have been much worse. TP
