- Getting fuel in reasonable time before scheduled departure is almost impossible. We usually arrive to airport 2 hours before ETD and request fuel straight away when we get there. Last time I ended up getting fuel ETD + 1:45... Then we were number 8 or 9 for departure and told to "expect multiple landings in between departures" That ended up being a very long day....
- The fact that we are not allowed to fuel on some ramp areas, and aircraft needs to be towed to main ramps first, always lead to delays.
- Quite often aircraft is still "stuck" behind other aircraft less than 1 hour before ETD on ramp where fueling is not allowed.
- Handling staff are great bunch of guys but any ground service (lav, fuel etc) required is painstakingly slow. I believe the ground service provider belongs to airport and all the handling companies can do is to keep pushing them to get things done.
- We have had to wait for passenger bags on several occasions as ground service staff were slow getting them out to aircraft.
