I'll refer if I may to my previous 'Smoke and Mirrors' remark.

They'd rumor anyone with any clout to be behind it if it got us to shut up and stop asking questions, I can believe any or none of the people or organizations mooted to be involved may or may not have been at some point and can see a scenario where an outfit this crap may have been passed around investors and management like a hot potato.

We were (mostly) told it was owned by Deccan Charters, and this seemed feasible as they use the Deccan network for various support (if you can call it that). I got the impression that Deccan know the square root of nothing about operating aeroplanes, normally being used to helicopters and had set up the separate company so that if/when it folded it wouldn't take Deccan with it. I shall also attest that they we're NOT prepared to learn anything either about operating/managing aeroplanes or managing/treating people either.

The 'officials' to whom we were given access quickly transpired to be amongst the most dishonest and incompetent I have ever had the misfortune to deal with including one Uk ex-pat based in Bangalore with the same initials as Deccan Charters and whom I strongly suspect was masquerading on this thread as BJetsAndy as fraudulently as he conducted any other business with us.

I hadn't heard of Powerfly and it sounds as if I was thankfully long gone before someone thought to set up another expendable company.

Thumbs up Bjets

I joined Bjets in September 2012, still flying with them, and to be honest my experience is not bad.
The company is still handled by Deccan but management is Tata through Powerfly alliance and fully independent from Deccan.
The chief pilot and the ops manager have changed, FDTL is not anymore an issue since DGCA is looking after that quite seriously.
Accommodation is ok, 4 or 5 stars hotels, mostly Radisson, Country Inn, Meridien, they pay well on time, I get my salary on my account in Europe before the 7th every month.
We have 3 H850XP, 1 Cessna CJ2 and maintenance is professional.
So, I would say this is no better but not worse than most of business aviation companies in Europe!

I'm glad you're having a fantastic time, maybe I taught them something but D*** C******** [who I suspect was BJetsandy] is a manipulative thieving liar. I hope he and his ilk are gone?!

None of this explains where my money is!

Let them bring one of those aircraft [especially VT-BTA, VT-BTB, VT-BTC] to Europe and America please?! They'll get a nasty shock in the courts if they do that EVER!

It's funny how anyone standing for BJets always has one single post and the banner 'I'm New Here' they also post garbage diatribe that flies in the face of the tails of woe that I hear from poor saps who are still there either by necessity or sadly lack the backbone to leave.

The chief pilot and the ops manager have changed, FDTL is not anymore an issue since DGCA is looking after that quite seriously.
So I was right, and they really don't mind operating illegally and worse irresponsibly until they're compelled not to by the authority?
