Thumbs down RJM AVIATION/ AEROVISION, Non Payers!

Three Captains, having found themselves subjected to false promises by RJM AVIATION in Chad and their French agent AEROVISION in Toulouse have now found themselves in the position of not having been paid.
Employment contracts are being ignored and attempts at communication have resulted in RJM AVIATION saying "speak to AEROVISION" and AEROVISION saying "speak to RJM AVIATION."
RJM AVIATION have no AOC for their jet operation yet continue to charter the aircraft at every opportunity captained by a French Netjets pilot.
A G00gle search has also provided a similar history with others along with non payment of aircraft.
So please be aware of this illegal charter company, run by convicted criminals that DON'T PAY.

Worked for Aerovision on one of their Hawker 850 (F-GVIA) last year, June - October, but paid by a private person who leased the AC. The german Flight OPS we hired made many impossible things possible during that time (really great job!) is still waiting for more than 30000€ as well ...
Since then i got some work offers from Aerovision via my Captain to again fly the Hawker, last one was in NīDjamena.
We refused to do the Job because of the conflict in that region - they raised our every week, but we denied.
Maybe that was a good idea ... thanks for the Info!

Yes that would be the same. They were talking of a 900XP which would be used for illegal charter for the Nigerian Gov. Utter sharks!

Broken promises

The guys down there promise everything will happen tomorrow, but as we all know tomorrow never comes. Unfortunately the lack of available work means someone will always fly for them. If we had a bit of solidarity then these cowboys would have to become legal in their operations. BUT this still doesn't mean you will get paid.

The contracts aren't worth a light.

Also beware, Aeorovision will broker the contract, but after the event will take no part in it, and when it goes t*ts up will walk away from it. I understand one of the pilots was contracted through them, but aerovision walked away from their responsibility whenhe contacted them.

Aerovision have taken their commission, probably not paid, and will be quite happy. I hope they get their just deserts and find RJM have renegaded on the payments. Then they will try to retreive the aircraft and find their pilots are run out of town.

Search African threads to find this is true. T M is the guy to search.

They also have a legal department (ha ha ha) Who are supposed to look into disputes.

I would recommend any threads linking to unemployed French, pilots warn them to avoid these crooks.

If you do go ther get cash (euros) up front.

I understand the guy is not paying you because you were not prepared to fly illegally for him? But there are too many guys who worked for other major players, who are now prepared to work illegally for them. Is the market place that desperate?

Someone has new info about RJM AVIATION?

Hi everyone,

Do someone have information about RJM AVIATION?
I've been told they now have Embraer and ATR. They also seem to have won some petroleum contracts.
A friend of a friend told me that they do regular recruitment for King Air and ATR, and they apparently pay for the ticket and hotel during the recruitment sessions.
Are the conditions stated above are still true?
Do someone know a person to contact to have some information?

Hi Kanela,

Are going to fly for the Chad government?
Everything seems to be ok at the moment, salaries on time, I heard from another Captain flying there.

Damn it!
SR75 who are you to tell this in public?
What proof do you have to say this?
Other members may tell what happened to them, but you who are you?
We are in 2015 and you say you have proof RJM AVIATION does not pay salaries? Please first be serious, it's benn 3 years I work for them and I'm in charge of the salaries.
Let's talk a bit about those Aerovision pilots who ordered to do line training without passengers!!! They told the training had to be conducted with no passengers on board!
Anyway this story is the past, please keep on saying things like this, our reputation is not based on people like you.

Only thing I can not stand is people say to do not fly for them as they don't know who they are.

Anyway I guess those are the best pilots ever.

And I put my name on it: Romain CAMPIOT.
Try to prove that from 10/2012 this company does not pay salary, it will be a pleasure for me.
You guys just want to destroy the guys who give you jobs.
Try first to know your regulation and after we'll see if you deserve to be paid.
The totalism you put on the companies is unacceptable.

I'm not making friends, I'm making reliable companies. Which now RJM AVIATION is.
Come to Chad and try to prove the contrary...I enven pay for your ticket only for you guys eyes.

Best regards,

Unfortunately for you the historical reputation that RJM have earned for themselves of not paying has stuck. People remember the bad not the good. If you want to live the dishonest life you have to live with the consequences? A life lesson perhaps?
