Legacy contract flying

I'm trying to get an idea of Legacy 600 contract flying, if you can please let me know what the rates are for:
- Per diem;
- On call/stand-by daily rate;
- Domestic and Int'l flying

Thanks

For a Commander:

800€ / day

for stby. duties at least 50% of this

What was your question about intl. / domestic flying? Shouldn't make a difference where you fly.

Do us all a favor and don't go cheaper. Thanks!

Thank you!!! I'm not going to drop the bar, that's for sure.
As per domestic/int'l, I was just trying to see if the rate changes with the different flying environment.

Cheers

Capt AMT

Last year we were paying 1000€ per day, hotel, bed and breakfast.
Internet and laundry as appropriate.

If you are on standby, then you can't work for anybody else so I personally do not see why you would take a lower rate for that.

Unfortunately, there has not been much call this year, but I know of a Captain who was offering his services, unrequested, at 500€ a day to get the work.

Good Luck in this market, it is improving it seems.

Cheers

Kent is true (right)

800€ should be the minimum but 1.000€ is better, as you will agree.

To answer your other question: no, it should make no difference as to where you go. Only the per diems change.

I do disagree with Kent on the stby-rates though. If they do pay you the same adequate rate regardless whether you fly or not - fine. Don't give them any good ideas.

But generally (and I do know this from personal experience) the lower rate for stby is for keeping you from running away to others. The operator isn't making ny money either when the airplane is on the ground. I would agree though that the stby-fee alone would not be enough to keep you running.
