Fractional Ownership in Africa

I would appreciate any tips on how to go about setting up and running a fractional ownership jet company in an African country. eg Legislations, aircraft types, optimal amount of owner per aircraft, annual hours per part owner, annual costs per part owner, hourly costs after exceeding annual flight hours etc. Thanks

If you're planning a fleet of VLJ's at least there'll be no shortage of cabin crew.

Some pygmies earlier today.

Edit: Apparently there's been a complaint about the picture above and I've been asked to consider whether it's appropriate. After careful thought and to redress the balance I offer the following though I'm buggered as to how you'll fit them into a Mustang or find any such people in Africa

Frax start-up figures

Aw c'mon guys give him a break!
Dangagan to answer your questions in order:
a)Legislations....very complicated, can be bypassed by large bundles of cash.
b) Aircraft types....G650 very nice, 550's in the interim.
c) How many owners/plane.....7 would be difficult to split the bills, so go for 10.
d) How many hours/year.....1,000 or 100 per frax.
e) How much for extra hrs....$10,000/hr would make accounting easier.
f) Etc,......I'm busy for the next decade, but call me after that if you need any more help.

My cutting and inciteful wit aside I seriously doubt there would be enough cashed-up people in Africa (sparse population over a mahoosive area) to support a fractional programme. If the likes of Netjets can't make it work in Europe.............................

Hmmmm, there might be something in this.

One-eighth share........................... 56 sacks of sorghum.
Monthly management fee................. 3 bushels of millet.
Catering (per trip).......................... Bring your own goat.
