ex NBAA communication.

FDC NOTAM 6/6101 is the most recent NOTAM addressing Waivers. This NOTAM removed the waiver requirement for aircraft below 95,000(max.cert.gross t/o weight)altogether which resulted in some confusion due to waivers being required previous to last Thursdays security events. Due to the amount of confusion there was some discussion to publish another NOTAM verifying the waiver requirement. As of this e-mail the revised NOTAM has not been published. I have been informed if a revision does not come out by COB today then it is safe to assume waivers are no longer required until otherwise advised. It is a primary goal of the NBAA GA Desk to keep the membership informed of most recent advisories and we are in direct contact with proper sources to be advised of such changes.
I will paste the current NOTAM below for your perusal as well as advise our web master to get it on the NBAA web page as well.
