if you go there, get your hpurs and get out. You need to find the guys that have just left. They seem to have fiscal amnesia when it comes to paying people their notice period.

They have just bought another 604. One guy gets $18,000 Month and gets it upfront. Very wise.

Good Luck

I think there is no significant change for the previous posts. Many pilots are still waiting their money but maybe they are too busy in hiring to pay previous ones.

Thumbs down flew for one year: Stay away

Flew with this company for one year, my advice is stay away. Crews changing all the time, no allowances for anything your probably better off instructing for $10 an hour.

I can only assume that the NO means that they have not changed their spots and are not to be recommended!!!!!+??????

I was contacted late Friday and was not available...I am supposed to phone them Monday morning! Based on the feedback that is of an older date, it sounds like a disaster, but sometimes management changes and things get better?????

NO NO NO TO Bexair I also have first hand expierience, the new management is even worse than previous the HOFO is the pet of the owner has not a clue about VVIP Charter ops and the new F/A supervisor is a kick out of NAS low cost fleet and also has not a clue about VVVIP has never even seen a CL604/LEGACY/XLS Let alone operated on one!!!and is banned form Saudi!!!! so some very shiffty characters there im a fraid...Most Pilots are planning to leave I know of 7 Capts that have left in the last 6months... non stop back to back 'out of hours flying' min rest and maximum pressure!!! Very poor pay,Crew conflict, aircraft grounded due to lack of crew etc...nobody lasts for more than one year and thats because they are desperate and all admit that.....all Pilots that leave with notice never get payed what there owed so most just scarper when on there month off and never come back...

Good for you and long may it continue.

Would you be kind enough to inform our learnered audience what you had to do, to secure such high esteem, with that lot?

" (paid cash just before to leave)..."

Do I take that to mean, an employee would not be paid until the day they left the company? Put another way, on a 1 year contract one could expect not to be paid until the 364th day into the contract?

negative...you didn t understand....I was there for 2 weeks only and I recived everything just before to leave.....
if you join the company as captain you recive your salary at the beginning of every month and the payment is regular (according the info of a friend of mine that is there full time)....no delay, no confusion...nothing....

That is excellent!!

Hang on a minute. Why the euphoria because you are getting paid? Should that not be the case with all companies, or are Bexair doing you a favour by paying you on time??

Nobody will be Dubai based they say that to pull in the Punters for the positions, they are so desperate ( and always have been ) for crew they will dress up there recruitment drive as much as possible, most of the crew live in Bahrain,Dubai and Saudi and when overnighting at 'Home' you are payed 50 bucks ( INSULT), you are always always in Dubai and Saudi thats where Bex generate all there biz so it kinda seems you are based there, they hardly have any clients out of Bahrain, Bahrain is there FBO and where all BEXs MX is delt with, so your mate may want to get an apartment rather than live out of the dumpy Dubai Renaisance!!! and when in Saudi you can get put into some real dumps if the Marriot(which always is supposedly 'overbooked')is not availible.

If he can handle the pace best to get hours and get right out! if thats what hes after.

etracafe you were only there for two weeks and belive me if you had stuck around longer im positive your outlook would be compleatly different, the new Ops guy is worse than that of before and none of what is on this thread are rummors every word is most certainly for real past and present!!!

guys I wrote my experience, everybody there (capt and FO) are happy about the new management,,,,,,,,and everybody say that they are reciving their salary on time evry month. I was not so sure about the company whan I arrived there (pretty sure they wouldn't have paid me) but there day after day...I felt a good enviroment.....
for sure it is very difficult to live there but it alway depends on what you want from your life.......if you want to fly a lot...so go there...if you want to stay sitted in any hotel around the world 3,4 or 7 days without any fly...so go!!!

How do they type new-hire CA's? Here in the U.S. or elsewhere?

Sounds like it might be one of those, "Get in, get the type, get 500 hours for ARG/US mins, experience 8-12 months in Dubai/Saudi, then come on back home" kind of deals...
