Interesting one Bri. The lack of side view makes me think that would give it away? Looks like a utility aircraft....from its appearance not that old. Bearing in mind the radial engine, would it be from Russia/Eastern Europe?

Thinking more about it....is it the ICA IS-23 from Romania?
