Hi MightyGem. This seems to happen a lot on this site. Select "quote" and the link should appear. Then select the link, open a blank page, go to "go to and open" and there you are. That applies to Google Chrome; I can't speak for others

This goes to show that the armchair critique which often occurs after these incidents is pointless. Looks like a combination of a 'no challenge' culture at CAF and nepotism placing poorly-qualified individuals in positions of considerable responsibility.

The link to the preliminary report was posted in the main thread in the Accidents forum on 30th November.

I would suggest to read the report first before spending 11 minutes on the video above. There aren't all that many details available yet, so I'm expecting a lot of speculation in any video.
