MTCA Air Pilot, 1959 edition or later ?
 

I wonder whether anyone holds a copy of the MTCA Air Pilot, any edition between 1959 and 1970, and might be prepared to copy a few pages ? Reason I ask is that a friend is researching a number of Gee stations. He knows their general locations, but is trying to pinpoint exactly where they were situated. The list of Air Navigation Obstructions in the Air Pilot would confirm the exact the location of the antenna. Unfortunately he only has a 1954 edition and the station he is currently trying to locate operated between circa 1957 and 1970. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
