SR-71 Crew chief

Can anyone advise me what rank an SR-71 crew chief would have held, please.
Thanks for your time and trouble,
Be lucky

The link says,

a Crew Chief would perform what we called the "launch supervisory" inspection. This was usually a Technical Sergeant (TSgt) or above

megan,
thanks for the link. It makes interesting reading about life from 'the other side'. I thought the EE Lightning was bad enough to work on but all due respect to the SR 71 groundcrew.

Learned contributors,
Would there be a specific officer in charge of all the wing crew chiefs ?
Thanks for your time and trouble
David
