Istanbul - old photos of IST / SAW anyone ???
Dear All,
I am currently working on a paper for my MBA studies looking into the current airports in Istanbul and also the project for the new third airport. Objective is to consider the design layout of the airport(s) and also the strategy for growth and development. Trying hard to find old photos of the airports of IST (opened in 1924) and SAW (not sure when it first opened) but struggling. Knowing this place to be a font of all knowledge (especially when it comes to those old photos - although I'm not implying there's anyone from 1924 vintage ;-)....) I was wondering if there was anyone who migth be able to assist. Many thanks in advance, Keeders |
Ole Nikolajsen is the expert on Turkish Aircraft so maybe a route to airport photos?
