A side note from the person that posted the original video and who was flying the P-51 in the clip, the bomber that was at first scheduled was to be a B-17, but it was too slow for the ME-262, therefore, the B-24 was substituted. On the first takeoff for the flight, the B-24 blew a jug on the number four engine. So the flight was delayed until the B-24's number four engine was repaired.

262 at Flying Legends
 
Some day I hope to see one of the new built 262's at Flying Legends.
That would be a sight!
I think it would really impress all of us with its ease of Speed!
