Dear List,
it gives me immense pleasure to announce that Lyle Prouse, of Northwest Airlines, has recently published his memoirs, "Final Approach". This includes his childhood, his military career and that fateful day - when he was imprisoned for flying under the influence of alcohol.

This, Final Approach, is the story of Lyle's redemption when he was reinstated as a pilot by Northwest Airline, and finally retiring honourably as a 747 captain.

Lyle has been sober for the past twenty one years. He continues to be involved with helping others overcome the scourge of alcoholism.
