Driving on the I55 between Mississippi milestones 61 and 62 I noticed an F86D in the woods on the West side of the highway. It's on its undercarriage and the paint appears in poor condition. Anyone have further information?

53-1061 F-86D Hazlehurst (Jackson), VFW 2567 on Interstate 55 south of town, donated 13Aug68, still there 2004
