Twin Pioneer XM285 R.A.F Odiham 1960s

I am currently in the process of restoring the cockpit section of Scottish Twin Pioneer XM285 G-31-15.And wonder if anyone has any pictures at all,or even remembers her from Odiham in the 1960s.When finished i am looking at putting her back into the colour scheme she had when flying with the short range conversion unit based at Odiham. So any pictures especially colour would be of great help. (As all the ones i have are B/W).
Can anyone help :ok:

Thanks Paul

XM 285 first flew 16/07/1958. RAF - 230 Sqn Odiham, Station Flight, Short Range Conversion Unit. 15/11/1969 to Scottish Aviation as G-31. then G-AYFA. Flight One Feb 1972. Scrapped 1991, nose extant Warmington, Cheshire.

Only snippet I can add is that it visited RAF Benson in 60/61, maybe to do with 38 Group? As a National Serviceman I was involved in servicing the Benson ILS equipment. I saw it on a number of occasions, or did Odiham have more than one? I don't recall it using the ILS. It just seemed to float out of the sky and land on a sixpence. With a strong headwind I think they could fly backwards from a ground viewpoint.

For some of the information i already have please PM me and i will send a link of my website regarding this aircraft.

As i cannot list the website on my threads as an attachment on this site.

Cheers Paul

When I was on 152 Sqn I managed to fly the length of Bahrain's runway 30 backwards, maintaining a speed of about 40 knots while flying into a strong north westerly Shamal.
