Overseas Lightning QSheds

Just a quickie:-

I seem to recall that 56 Squadron's Lightnings had a Q-Shed at Akrotiri (or was it only a shelter?), but I wondering if 74 squadron had anything similar in Singapore?

AFAIR, 56 had one.

On 74 though, we didn't. Even during Ex. Bersatu Padu the most we ever got to a "readiness" deployment was to position a jet down by the compass swing circuit.

Thanks for the feedback. I had a feeling I'd heard Akrotiri's shelter being mentioned - at least that establishes that Tengah didn't have one.
