Background Noise = lots of posts, so you must know what you're talking about ;)..I have/had an elderly neighbour who flew significantly with the ATA and was very close to my parents when they were alive. She's v. frail and in a nursing home so to cut to the chase, is there a list somewhere? No doubt the family will have been contacted - but -there's no family.
Cheers mate

PS I also have a v chatty 90-something year-old (female) who has great recall of working with bomber squadrons in Yorkshire. Going to use her for an audio history..
:ok:
Please PM if you can

Sorry, I'm a bit lost - list of what? Not heavily into it but I had seen the other thread about honouring the ATA and thought Chris might be interested. I do have the autobiography of Jackie Moggridge which recounts her pretty interesting (awesome by today's standards) career in the ATA and beyond.

Sorry, also not heavily into it. Posted the link above mainly cause I thought it was pretty cool that the elderly lady in question had been flying Spitfires, Mustangs etc!
