Thunder Mustang

I don't know if this is the right area to ask this question, however if I may tread gently amongst the obvious experts here may I ask - whatever happened to the Thunder Mustang?
Financial shortcomings, design or safety probs or etc??? Old home page here.

Still going strong.

Heres one at Reno this year, a supoercharger problem reduced it to 3rd in the Sport Class Gold Final.
