Catalina Fuselage in Weston

Was over at Weston (Dublin) the other day (was lucky to see the Beech{?} take off, those radials sounded stunning!). Any Weston visitors to the new terminal, I'm sure you've noticed the bare-metal Catalina fuselage behind the new hangar, very hard to miss. Does anyone know what the story is with it? Is there a restoration project? Is it going to be a gate guardian? What?

I'd love to volunteer (engineering student me, would love to get dirty'n'oily!)

am sure it is the ex lee-on-solent machine (ex VP-BWS) having been involved with its 'restoration' over several years it is sad to see her leave the UK.
