What equipment did you use for these? Particularly, how long a lens?

Do you have some photo's of the b-17's as well. Very good shots there too. I wish I could have made legends this year. Richard |
Canon D30, 75-300mm lens.
Richard, I do have some of the B-17s, but I don't think they're upto much. Still got to sort alot more pics out, so I'll see if I can find you some nice Fortress pics. |
Cheer Daniel, I'll look forward to looking at those.

Hi Richard, I had a look for you, I've got two B-17 shots, one of each plane, neither shot is particularly spectacular though.....

Great photos Damien but the blasted sun is always in the wrong position at Duxford. You made the best of a bad job. Phil Makanna was there and he tends to save all his effort for air to air work. His 2005 Ghosts calender is fabulous as have been all his previous efforts along with his books. The press tent and enclosure was strangely clear of photographers and the best shots are usually shot at the western end where the extended centreline for the grass runway comes pretty close to the crowd line.

Thanks for the comments, but my name is Daniel.
