Anyone have an inkling why the IWM are seeking to dispose of this airframe?
Going to be interesting getting it down from the roof of the hangar!

I'm not sure but I think it's something to do with it not having been a "squadron" aircraft and was always a test airframe. The IWM have form in lowering the exhibits as they "dropped" the Strikemaster due to possible corrosion in the support cables.
