Yes I've been looking for 'Lucky Rice & Noodles' all over the place. I blew the picture up and noticed that 'Lucky Pilaf ' was on offer in the background - that gave me a feel for Central Asia - but I thought I'd better eat the Pilaf and then move eastwards towards the Noodles..........
I can't comment until tonight but t I did think the Lucky Noodles might lead people astray.......................

I'm tempted to say El Hierro, if only because the runway is right next to the sea, and I love the place.
Other than that, interesting image. The lack of enclosure on the steam roller driver's cab suggests somewhere quite warm, but does he have a woolly hat on?

Yes Asturius. It is The USA. Chevvron the seaward half of the runway is being repaired along its length. Note temporary No Landing X lifting in the breeze. The Original Centre-Line Marking has been covered up and a temporary Centre-Line marks the now rather narrow runway.
