Which Aerodrome Mk IV
Are we within 100 kms of it tho'?
Tough - especially when none of the faces in the picture are recognisable so perhaps someone who became famous later?

A later picture would probably make it too easy for some on this forum. The gentleman in question is second from the left front row. He did become very well known in aviation and was active until fairly recently A vintage performer some may say.
Was he a `Moth` (of various types) collector...?Was his father an Arctic explorer, gave the family name to an island at 78N94W..? beat up ,with his #2,Salisbury(Rhodesia) high street in Hunters...?

Horsey Island it is. Only accessible at low tide by the causeway. Flown in there a few times years ago courtesy of Tony Haig-Thomas. Very nice spot.
Over to you Sycamore.
