Well Max and Jn14:6 - almost a photo-finish. Thank you Dundee Riverside it is. Asturias I really thought you were going to nail it but alas not. The answer lay in Marmalade. A few snaps to finish up with.

I intended to post as an additional clue but did not notice that my first blurr of the title was apparently not saved.
The refinery was built in 1909 but the oil business really took off some years later.

Now this international/private helicopter spot:

Blue skies, possibly a rather stylish wall at the back, very carefully trimmed grass edges - maybe Europe Bear?
And a statue off to the left - is this someone with an aviation connection?
