London Aeroplane Club.
The one time famous London Aeroplane Club was based at the DH aerodrome at Hatfield, to which it had relocated with DeHavillands from Stag Lane. I have several questions for the erudite Members of this forum;-
- Did the LAC end at Hatfield - or did it somehow transmute into another name or location....Panshanger possibly?
- Who was the pre-war (...and possibly post-war.) Member who was commonly referred to as 'Paddy'....between 1935 - 1940...?

I'm fairly sure it transferred to Panshanger but I'm not absolutely certain. I spent a bit of time pestering people there in the late 60s but even more in the middle 50s. Unfortunately, as I was only 3 or 4 I can't remember much!
The London Aeroplane Club is mentioned a couple of times in 'Panshanger Aerodrome - Historical Summary', see link below.
