Just one leg and they're home, pretty good job! Looks like I will miss seeing it though, I won't be able to get to EHLE tomorrow

They're hoping to be back at Goodwood tomorrow at 11.30.

I don't think they will manage to get there before 11.30. Weather at Lelystad is very foggy right now, not expected to improve until 11.00 local, but may be as late as 14.00 before they can get away.

Zipping across the Channel now, should be passing just to the north of Dover shortly.

I see two Biggin's two seaters are currently airborne did wonder if they'd provide an escort but look as though they are back in the circuit at Biggin.

Yes indeed, very well done. I remember the first time I saw her at Duxford, after it had come back from Holland, looking very tatty and minus the rudder. I thought at the time that it might make a good static exhibit but all credit to the ARC engineers for producing what seems to have been a very reliable bit of flying kit.

To be fair, it didn't get tatty until it spent several years in storage at Duxford. It left the Aviodrome in pretty good condition, having been indoors since a major restoration. Anyway, they did a very good job on it!

... and on the BBC, brings a lump to the eye and a tear to the throat, as Spike Milligan once said.

Heartiest congratulations to all involved
