CAA Christmas Card, circa 1990

Does anyone recall a CAA Christmas card from around 1990 that featured a cartoon of Santa in his sleigh seated next to a uniformed examiner holding a shotgun.
The caption read more or less, "And shortly after departure I will fail one of the power units..."
I wonder if it was by figment?

Anyone able to send me a scan or other copy?

There was a similar cartoon with an FAA checker and the lead reindeer saying "Mother!"

This check flight video always cracks me up.
Any pilot with check and training experience will see it has been captured perfectly.
