I would have thought the Tiger Moth was the last Biplane in RAF service it served untill 1952.

When did then twin wing, twin piston-engined Dominie go out of RAF service? I flew in an RN one from Lee on Solent in very late 50s. Saw Cockerill's SRN-1 on the Solent from it.
