10+ years ago I was working in flight crew recruitment when this Captain's CV arrived on my desk, as I recall by then he had the B737 on his licence, in subsequent discussions with him he was professional throughout and a credit to the industry ... Alas he opted for a position with an orange brigade somewhere near Dunstable

And the FO on the day retires later this month from a certain northern based airline for which I will have the honour of operating as his FO for his final flight.

JohhnyFP - Please give my best wishes to A. when you see him. We flew together in AE and we last spoke when he 'phoned me at home in Singapore when he was in transit with Big Airways, oh so many, many years ago!
