Going forward in time:

Is it a Link trainer?
Probably a modified one as I cannot locate this specific layout.

Looks like too many instruments for a Link trainer.

It looks American, possibly a jet.

Good morning all.

It's not a link trainer nor American.

It is, however, a jet.

Not really a research aircraft, but was intended to be a fast bomber. The prototype only flew once before the end WW2.

Not VTOL.

Not German but it's worth pursuing that further......

Thanks to Dook and to Sycamore. Not one in the pages of a Sycamore logbook? I fear I am really hopeless with cockpits, I do have another device available which I will inspect, so for now Open House I fear.

Me262, what a looker. Did the Israelis really fly the Czech derivative?

No. They expressed interest in it but the deal to buy it was never finalised.

Big donk taildragger with collimating gunsight and one-piece front canopy.

Suspect restored WW2 fighter with big radial, probably American.

edit: cockpit looks fairly close to the engine and canopy possibly bubble type.

Not so easy as it looks.

Ryan Fireball ?

Ah MRCA - Must Refurbish Canberra Again.

Not many post-war radial-engine machines of that type. Looking at American.
