Hello Kitbag.

I was chipping away at British machines, mostly from de Havilland , then I noticed what looks like a man wearing a vest at the bottom right of your photo...



He could be in the background, but to me he seems to be reaching out with his right arm and touching/holding the prop? If so, he adds scale > is this a very large aircraft?

I guess for its day it probably was a large aircraft. that bloke does give it some scale. Single engine, right nation, wrong manufacturer.
